The Club uses personal information collected for the purpose of providing entertainment and related services, promoting such services and market research. The Club will not disclose any personal information to third parties without the consent of the person concerned. You may request access to your personal information held by the club by contacting us during office hours. Should you notify the club that personal information we hold about you is not accurate please notify the Club so that corrective action can take place.

The Wanderers Club and respective sporting sections may exchange information between themselves. The information is only given to enable organisation of competitions, social events, team lists, results of competitions, names for trophies and awards and the names and positions of team members, team leaders, the committee and sub-committees and other positions in the respective sections.

The Wanderers Club may include advertising material in emails or other methods of correspondence. Members will not be sent separate advertising material if the member has requested that it not be sent.

The Club operates surveillance cameras for the purpose of minimising and detecting unlawful activity and to prevent crowd disturbances on event days. The surveillance tapes may be provided to law enforcement bodies should any unlawful incidents occur.
