Facilities

1 grass 400 m athletics track (4 lanes).

Practice Times

Tuesday and Thursday 5 pm: Walking session
Tuesday 5 -7 pm: track available for running and walking training
Thursday 5:45 pm: 5 and 8 km time trial
Sunday 7 am: Club run and Club walk. Distances vary depending upon the participants' wishes and time of the year.

Weekly e-mails are sent every Friday to all Athletics members with the details of the Sunday Club run and information on races happening in the Gauteng area on the weekend.

Mission Statement

To support running and walking as an agonistic and recreational activity and encourage participation by all ages and sexes from all social backgrounds and all fitness levels.

• To promote running and walking as outdoor activities open to everyone
• To provide a balanced mix of training and social events to cater for both serious and social runners/walkers
